As stated in the ThermApparel User Guide, you have 60 days from purchase to return or exchange if the vest and cooling packs are still in new condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping and ThermApparel has the right to inspect each return. We want you to be completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us.
